Is there any contract?
No, PACMAN software does not have any contract that needs to be signed by our clients.
Can I run different reports?

Can my customer login to track their claim?
Yes, under each claim created automatically PACMAN will give your user a username, all you will need to do is provide them with a password, and they will have access to track their claim file, and add diary notes as well.
